What is G-Fit?
G-Fit is a program broken down into 30 day blocks. It includes group workouts five days a week, one-on-one consults, weekly weigh ins, accountability, and a once a week education course. G-Fit caters to three aspects of your health: fitness, diet, and emotional well-being. We believe here at G-Fit that there is so much more needed to have success than simply working out. We are here to cater to YOU. No two people are the same! We understand that, and no matter where you are in your life we know that you can go beyond your expectations. No, it's not easy. Is anything worth fighting for ever easy? Nope. We are a family, and we would love to extend the love to you! No judgement. No hate. No Negative Nancy's.
